Founded with passion for authentic Vietnamese coffee culture, we bridge the gap between traditional brewing methods and modern coffee appreciation.

From Saigon Streets to California Dreams

Our journey began in the bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh City, where the aroma of freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee fills the air from dawn to dusk. Growing up surrounded by the rich coffee culture of Vietnam, our founder developed a deep appreciation for the art of traditional coffee making.

After immigrating to California, the longing for authentic Vietnamese coffee led to the creation of Saigon Native Coffee Lab. We wanted to share not just the taste, but the entire experience of Vietnamese coffee culture with our new community in Garden Grove.

Today, we source our beans directly from family farms in Vietnam's Central Highlands, ensuring every cup tells the story of generations of coffee craftsmanship while supporting the communities that make it all possible.
