At Saigon Native Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Return Policy

Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • You have your original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Opened coffee bags or containers
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Quality Issues

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or doesn't meet our quality standards, we will replace it or provide a full refund - even if the package has been opened. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Local customers: You may return items to our Garden Grove location free of charge

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us. We'll process exchanges as quickly as possible to ensure you receive the right product.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard return procedures apply.
